All parties either present or available by telephone. Pre-Trial Conference: upon completion of discovery, petitioner files note of issue, certificate of readiness, and statement of issues per 22 NYCRR §207.29. Court schedules pretrial conference for marking exhibits and resolving outstanding issues. Each attorney provides numbered exhibit list in Word format; each entry describes exhibit and includes page count. Two columns: 'ID Only' and 'Evidence'. Counsel must bring copy of each proposed exhibit for each appearing party and two copies for court. Jury charges: complete list of proposed requests to charge submitted 2 weeks prior to commencement of trial; deviations from PJI must include full text with supporting precedent in Word format. Verdict sheet: parties jointly prepare and submit; if no agreement, each prepares proposed verdict sheet in Word format. Post-trial submissions: motions per CPLR 4403/4404 must be supported by copy of trial transcript.
