SALL-004 123 NY-SUR-9JD-SALL II-E Court Conferences and Calendar Calls Court conferences and calendar calls held in person at Westchester County Surrogate's Courthouse. Calendar regularly called on Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. Failure to appear may result in default per 22 NYCRR §202.27 and/or CPLR 3215. Adjournment requests: must be in writing received by court NOT LESS THAN 48 HOURS in advance; must state good cause and whether other parties consent or object; adjournment is NOT effective unless and until approved by court. All counsel appearing must be familiar with case and fully authorized.
