SALL-001 123 NY-SUR-9JD-SALL I E-Filing Rules of the Court E-filing mandatory in Westchester County Surrogate's Court for all Administration, Probate, Accounting, and Miscellaneous matters through NYSCEF. All submissions including proposed orders, proposed judgments, and letters must be electronically filed. Original death certificate and Last Will and Testament must be delivered to court 48 hours after e-filing. All original e-filed documents must be retained by filer or attorney per 22 NYCRR §207.4-a(f)(2). E-filing not mandatory for Voluntary Administration, Guardianship, or pro se matters.
