Squirrell, Supreme Court Justice 131 NY-SC-9JD-SQUIRRELL IV.C Disclosure Motions It is the policy of this Court to make itself and its staff available to resolve disputes related to pretrial disclosure. If a dispute cannot be resolved by the parties' own good faith efforts, the aggrieved party shall notify the Court and a conference will be scheduled.
