WOOD-007 124 NY-SC-9JD-WOOD TRIAL-PRACTICE Trial Practice Rules Pre-Trial Conference immediately prior to commencement of hearing or trial; counsel must provide marked pleadings, estimated trial length, witness list, motions in limine, and other issues relevant to trial. Verdict sheet jointly prepared by counsel; if no agreement, each side submits proposed verdict sheet preferably on flash drive in Microsoft Word. Copies of transcripts to be read as evidence-in-chief must be provided to Court and all counsel in advance.
