WOOD-003 124 NY-SC-9JD-WOOD CONFERENCES Conferences Preliminary Conferences held virtually on Wednesday mornings at 9:30 a.m. by Law Clerk. Parties may submit preliminary conference stipulation at least 2 days before scheduled conference; if so-ordered, conference is cancelled. First Compliance Conference approximately 150 days prior to last date of discovery. Counsel required to confer prior to compliance conference; if agreed on discovery schedule, submit stipulation signed by counsel and upload to NYSCEF before conference. Adjournments of compliance conferences only for good cause per 22 NYCRR §202.10; request uploaded to NYSCEF and all parties. Parties must appear for conference unless Court confirms rescheduling.
