WOOD-002 124 NY-SC-9JD-WOOD COMMUNICATIONS Court Communications Correspondence to Court must be uploaded to NYSCEF and simultaneously faxed or delivered to all counsel. Ex parte communications strictly prohibited except upon consent of all counsel, or for scheduling matters or OSC signature. Counsel must inform clients that Court staff may not communicate with represented parties. Self-represented parties must direct all communications through Part Clerk and Secretary.
