SCHWARTZ-008 154 NY-SC-9JD-SCHWARTZ TRIALS Trials and Hearings Written motions in limine must be made as soon as practicable or, at the very latest, returnable on the day of the Pre-Trial Conference. Such motions must be made on no less than seven (7) days' notice.
