SCHECTER54-ADJ 190 NY-COMDIV-SCHECTER Scheduling – Adjournments Adjournment Procedure To adjourn a scheduled appearance (conference or oral argument), the court's permission must be obtained no later than two business days in advance, except in the event of an emergency. Requests must be addressed to the assigned law clerk by email and must indicate whether the request is on consent of all parties.
