This should not be uploaded to NYSCEF. Trial Notebooks shall contain: Statement of Relevant Facts; Pre-Trial Memorandum; Witness List (any witnesses not included shall not be allowed to testify without prior approval); Exhibits (pre-marked copies with certifications; parties must communicate regarding stipulation to admissibility); Jury Charges; and Verdict Sheet.
