RISI-003 8 NY-SC-11JD-RISI 1-11 Motion Practice All motions/petitions/applications shall be made returnable and heard on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. The motion calendar is on submission only. There is no in-person appearance at the motion calendar unless otherwise directed by the Court. Prior to making a discovery motion, parties must email Commercial Division Part C at QNSCDPTC@nycourts.gov to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for a virtual conference. No motion relating to disclosure will be accepted without an affirmation of good faith as required by 22 NYCRR §202.7. THE COURT WILL NOT CONSIDER PAPERS ELECTRONICALLY FILED AFTER THE CALL OF THE CALENDAR.
