PUERTO-003 121 NY-SC-9JD-PUERTO III Calendar Call Calendar called at 9:30 a.m. daily unless advised otherwise. Counsel expected to appear on time. Counsel with conflicting appearances must communicate to Chambers prior to date of appearance. Only counsel or self-represented litigants who are fully familiar with case and authorized to enter binding agreements are to appear. All litigants must appear with counsel for all conferences unless excused.
