In e-filed cases, correspondence transmitted via NYSCEF; in non-e-filed cases, by email to Part Clerk copied to all parties. Do not copy Court on correspondence between counsel. Telephone calls permitted only in situations requiring immediate attention (except as set forth in Discovery Disputes section).
