NY-SC-9JD-ZUGIBE-003 166 NY-SC-9JD-ZUGIBE PC Preliminary Conferences The Court will schedule a Preliminary Conference within forty-five (45) days after a Request for Judicial Intervention (RJI) has been filed. The Court will issue a Preliminary Conference Order.
