| NY-SC-9JD-TANGUAY-005 | 159 | NY-SC-9JD-TANGUAY | 4.d | Preliminary Conferences | The Court will generally schedule a Preliminary Conference within forty-five (45) days after a Request for Judicial Intervention (RJI) has been filed. At the Preliminary Conference, the Court will set specific dates for completion of various items of discovery, the date by which all disclosure must be completed and a date for a Compliance Conference. No modifications of the dates set by the Court are permitted except by Order of the Court.
