A discovery schedule shall be placed on the Record and the parties shall order and upload the transcript to NYSCEF to be So Ordered and that will constitute the Preliminary Conference Order. In all personal injury cases, duly executed HIPAA authorizations will be ordered to be served within 10 days from the conference date.
