NY-SC-9JD-MARX-014 158 NY-SC-9JD-MARX IV Trials and Hearings Trials of personal injury actions, except wrongful death or medical/dental malpractice, will be bifurcated in accordance with 22 NYCRR § 202.42. Objections at trial are limited to stating 'Objection' and no more than one or two words as to the basis. Speaking Objections are not to be made.
