Motion papers are limited to Moving Papers, Opposing Papers, and Reply; reply papers are not permitted on Orders to Show Cause without advance permission; no Reply to a Cross Motion. Sur-Reply papers are not permitted. There will be no oral argument on any motion unless directed by the Court. Plaintiffs shall designate exhibits by number, defendants by letter.
