NY-SC-9JD-GROSSMAN-009 172 NY-SC-9JD-GROSSMAN IX Election Law Cases Orders to Show Cause to validate or invalidate designating or nominating petitions will be made returnable no later than five (5) days after the last day to statutorily commence such proceedings.
