NY-SC-9JD-GROSSMAN-007 172 NY-SC-9JD-GROSSMAN VII.A Matrimonial - Preliminary Conferences Prior to the Preliminary Conference, the parties are required to file and exchange those documents set forth in 22 NYCRR § 202.16(f)(1), including Net Worth Statements, pay stubs, W-2 statements, tax returns and statements of accounts. Counsel must have a substantive conference before the date set for the preliminary conference, either in person or telephonically, to determine the issues to be litigated.
