NY-SC-9JD-DAVIS-007 168 NY-SC-9JD-DAVIS 6.c Motions in Limine Motions in limine must be made by Order to Show Cause. The supporting papers MUST contain a representation that counsel has given at least 7 days' notice to opposing counsel prior to the filing of the Order to Show Cause. All motions in limine shall be made returnable at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled trial date.
