NY-SC-9JD-CLERKIN-003 169 NY-SC-9JD-CLERKIN V.C.2.a Tax Certiorari - Preliminary Conferences Preliminary Conferences may be requested by either party by letter application via email to the Court Attorney-Referee and uploaded to NYSCEF. Preliminary Conferences will be conducted by the Court Attorney-Referee. During the Preliminary Conference, the Court Attorney-Referee may address any discovery issues and/or set a motion schedule. Following the Preliminary Conference, the Court Attorney-Referee will issue a report with a recommendation establishing deadlines for completion of various items of discovery, the exchange of appraisals, and the filing of the Note of Issue.
