NY-SC-1JD-WILKOFSKY-P51-006	87	NY-SC-1JD-WILKOFSKY	Conferences – Preliminary Conferences	Preliminary Conference Requirements	Preliminary Conferences (PC): WEDNESDAY MORNINGS. The PC will take place during the case's first appearance or the return date of the first motion, unless otherwise directed by the Court. ALL PARTIES must be present at the PC unless excused by the Court prior to the appearance. At least two (2) days prior to the PC, counsel must upload to NYSCEF: a completed and signed Matrimonial PC Order; Sworn Statements of Net Worth; and child support worksheet and proposed parenting plan, where applicable. At the PC, hard copies of the sworn Statements of Net Worth, the signed PC Order, the parties' most recently filed state and federal income tax returns, and each party's two most recent paycheck stubs must be submitted.
