NY-SC-1JD-PEARLMAN-001 76 NY-SC-1JD-PEARLMAN 1-3 General Rules – Conduct, Attorney Participation, and Non-NYSCEF Filing All parties appearing in this Part shall be treated fairly and respectfully. Parties to a case must conduct themselves properly, observing decorum during a court appearance or when interacting with the judge or other court staff. The Court supports the professional development of junior attorneys and strongly encourages substantive participation in court proceedings by women and diverse lawyers historically underrepresented at the bar.
