NY-SC-1JD-GOETZ-SCO-001 84 NY-SC-1JD-GOETZ SCO Status Conference Order – Standard Directives On a specified date a conference was held. The Court has considered the status of this case and determined whether the Court's prior order has been complied with. Accordingly, the Court orders as set forth in the order form. Absent good cause shown, any discovery issues not raised herein will be deemed waived. All dispositive motions must be filed within a specified number of days of the note of issue. Failure to comply with these directives may result in the imposition of costs or sanctions including dismissal or default judgment.
