NY-SC-1JD-CHESLER-P62-003 93 NY-SC-1JD-CHESLER III – Adjournments Adjournment Procedures Do not call chambers for an adjournment. Adjournments on Notices of Motion that are not yet submitted must be sent to the Submission Part. Adjournments shall be sought no later than five (5) business days in advance. Requests for a 'so-ordered' stipulation to adjourn a motion returnable in the Submission Part should be directed to the Part Clerk.
