NY-SC-1JD-CATANZARO-P37-005 70 NY-SC-1JD-CATANZARO III.B Summary Judgment - 120 Days; No Automatic Discovery Stay Motions for summary judgment must be filed no later than one hundred and twenty (120) days after the Note of Issue is filed. The submission of a motion for summary judgment does NOT automatically stay discovery unless directed by the Court.
