If counsel and/or parties are directed to appear virtually: (i) be in a quiet area with minimal background noise and a strong internet connection; (ii) have Microsoft Teams application up to date; and (iii) ensure microphone and camera are functioning properly. Counsel and parties appearing virtually must have their cameras on and must not be walking or operating a motor vehicle for the duration of the appearance.
