DO NOT contact Justice Bannon or her Law Clerks with questions about appearances or scheduling. No scheduled conference, oral argument, or other appearance may be adjourned without the court's prior approval. Any request to adjourn must be made in writing at least two (2) business days prior to the appearance date by email to the Part Clerk and must include a reason for the adjournment and indicate whether the request is on consent of all parties. If all parties consent to adjournment, a stipulation to that effect shall be attached to the email in Word format. DO NOT CALL CHAMBERS except in the event of an emergency.
