EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Every party must be copied on all communications with the court, including emails. All cases must be e-filed on NYSCEF except for cases involving pro se litigants who are not licensed to practice law in New York. Hard copies shall NOT be submitted unless specifically directed by the court. All submissions with respect to a motion, hearing, or trial must include a certification by an attorney or pro se litigant regarding the use of generative artificial intelligence.
