Issues regarding payment for such evaluations shall be addressed at that time. Mental Health / Forensic Reports will only be admitted into evidence at trial upon consent of all parties, including the attorney for the child. Absent consent, a party seeking to admit the report into evidence must do so by subpoena and calling the evaluator/author of the report as a witness subject to cross examination.
