MURPHY-004 116 NY-SC-9JD-MURPHY IV Virtual Proceedings Rules All in-person court rules apply equally to virtual proceedings. No recording of any virtual proceeding including video, photos, or screenshots. No individual may be physically present in same room as party or witness except counsel. No party or witness may communicate with anyone while under oath. Counsel must announce intention before private communication with client.
