All motion papers must be submitted through NYSCEF. All motions related to discovery, seeking sanctions pursuant to CPLR §3124 or CPLR §3126, or Article 78 petitions, require personal appearance by counsel for all parties. Adjournment requests will be automatically granted for the first request, and all other requests must be made on consent of the Court.
