MDP-003 10 NY-SC-11JD-CATAPANO-FOX   Depositions – Plaintiff Plaintiff's deposition shall take place within ninety (90) days from the date of the Preliminary Conference Order. Plaintiff's failure to appear for his/her deposition may result in the imposition of sanctions including dismissal of the Complaint. Adjournments of plaintiff's deposition may not occur without good cause, and require Court permission.
