The Court will schedule a preliminary conference within 45 days after an RJI has been filed. A form stipulation and order shall establish a timetable for discovery. If all parties sign the stipulation and return it to chambers prior to the scheduled conference, such form shall be 'so ordered' and appearances will not be required at the preliminary conference.
