MASLEY48-TRIAL-4 187 NY-COMDIV-MASLEY ¶4 Adjournments and Continuances Trial dates are firm and will not be adjourned absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances and a request made pursuant to Part Procedure 2(A). Requests to adjourn trial dates shall state, in 500 words or less, the basis of the request.
