KOBA-001 157 NY-SC-9JD-KOBA I Communications with the Court No written correspondence may be sent to the Court without prior permission except correspondence regarding the scheduling of appearances and requests for adjournments addressed to the Part Clerk. Written correspondence sent by letter, fax or any other means, without permission, will not be read and will be discarded. All correspondence sent to the Court with its permission must bear the full Title and Index Number of the action.
