| KERRIGAN-006 | 15 | NY-SC-11JD-KERRIGAN | Special Rules – Medical Malpractice HHC Cases | Preliminary Conference dates for MedMal-HHC cases are the SECOND TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 9:30 a.m. Compliance conference dates for MedMal-HHC cases are THE SECOND WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH at 9:30 a.m. Note of Issue calendar shall be scheduled for THE SECOND THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH at 9:30am for MedMal-HHC cases. All Preliminary Conferences in Medical Malpractice cases involving HHC shall be carried out between the parties by completing the Medical Malpractice Preliminary Conference Form found on the E-Courts Home Page.
