HENDRY-005 150 NY-FC-9JD-HENDRY TRIAL Trial Procedure Trial dates should be viewed by litigants and counsel as firm dates. On the scheduled trial date, litigants and counsel must be prepared to proceed to trial and must be prepared to continue day-to-day until the proceeding is concluded.
