HENDRY-003 150 NY-FC-9JD-HENDRY MOTIONS Petitions / Orders to Show Cause / Motions All petitions, Orders to Show Cause and motions must be filed with the Clerk's office. There shall be strict compliance with the CPLR in the filing of motions. Appearances are not required on a motion return date.
