FUGARO-006 156 NY-FC-9JD-FUGARO FORENSIC Forensic Reports and Evaluations All Court-ordered forensic reports and evaluations shall be submitted into evidence as the Court's exhibit(s) without further foundation testimony or evidence, subject to cross examination.
