FUGARO-003 156 NY-FC-9JD-FUGARO MOTION Motion Practice All motions and orders to show cause shall be in conformance with all statutory requirements, including but not limited to CPLR 2214. All motions and orders to show cause and any responsive papers are to be submitted to the Clerk's Office, with courtesy copies to chambers by email. A moving party shall include an affirmation or affidavit detailing the good faith efforts made to resolve issues prior to seeking Court intervention.
