FUGARO-001 156 NY-FC-9JD-FUGARO COMMUNICATION Communication with the Court Ex-parte communications to the Court are prohibited. Unless directed otherwise, all communications with the Part shall be made in writing by email to emulvane@nycourts.gov and pjsulliv@nycourts.gov. Telephone calls to the Court staff should be limited to situations requiring immediate attention. The Court does not permit litigation by letter. The Court shall not be copied on correspondence between/among counsel unless so directed.
