CORNELL-008 153 NY-SC-9JD-CORNELL XIII Trials and Hearings Once scheduled, all trial and hearing dates shall be deemed firm. All CPLR §3101(d) expert witness disclosure shall be completed no later than 30 days prior to trial. Counsel and self-represented parties must provide the Court and opposing counsel with a trial notebook no later than 14 days prior to the first scheduled trial date.
