CORNELL-007 153 NY-SC-9JD-CORNELL XI Contested Matrimonial Actions - Special Rules Prior to the Preliminary Conference, the parties are required to file and exchange Net Worth Statements, pay stubs, W-2 statements, tax returns and statements of accounts. Counsel must have substantive communications before the date set for the preliminary conference. The Court expects the parties to agree upon grounds if the action has been brought under DRL §170(7). All motions including cross-motions in matrimonial actions MUST be made by Order to Show Cause.
