CORNELL-005 153 NY-SC-9JD-CORNELL V Discovery Disputes Counsel should make every effort to resolve discovery disputes amongst themselves and avoid discovery motions. DO NOT copy the Court on correspondence between counsel concerning discovery issues unless specifically requested. Leave of Court shall be required before making motions related to discovery disputes.
