CORNELL-004 153 NY-SC-9JD-CORNELL IV Preliminary Conferences - Supreme Court The Court will schedule a Preliminary Conference within 45 days after a Request for Judicial Intervention (RJI) has been filed on a matter. At the Preliminary Conference, the Court will set specific dates for completion of various items of discovery, the date by which all disclosure must be completed, and a date for a Compliance Conference.
