COLLINS-007 151 NY-SC-9JD-COLLINS VI.A Motion Return Dates and Appearances Motions shall be made returnable on Fridays. Absent a specific order to the contrary, all motions shall be submitted without oral argument. There will be no appearances on the return date of any motion unless this Court so directs.
