COHEN3-IV-A 188 NY-COMDIV-COHEN-J IV.A Preliminary Conference Procedures Parties are to use this Part's standard form Preliminary Conference Order. Parties are to meet and confer and fill out the Preliminary Conference Order in advance of the Conference and must be prepared to address the topics listed in Commercial Division Rule 8.
