CLERKIN-006 133 NY-SC-9JD-CLERKIN II.E Mediation Pursuant to Part 160 of the Rules of the Chief Administrative Judge, referrals to mediation shall take place at the earliest practicable time. The Ninth Judicial District has a District-wide Presumptive Mediation Program. Cases suitable for presumptive mediation include personal injury actions involving claims or insurance coverage of $50,000 or less.
